My husband and I were invited up to New Hampshire for a relaxing weekend with friends. They have an adorable dog named Daisy so I thought I'd make her some cookies. I got the recipe for these off of Allrecipes.com and have made them in the past. Unfortuantely, Daisy did not like them one bit! She prefered to eat the ones I'd baked for us even though she's not supposed to eat chocolate. I'm hoping the dogs at the nearby shelter will like them and am planning a trip there Saturday.
These are the other cookies I made from my Mrs. Fields baking book. They have a neat marble pattern and are cake-like in texture. I was intrigued by this recipe because it called for a 1/2 cup of sour cream. They were very tasty and there weren't many left by the time our weekend was over.
